Don’t Void your warranty:

If another company works on the system in the first year it will void our labor warranty.

**This includes but is not limited to, adding on extras, finishing your basement, getting a diagnosis, having your duct sealed, or zoning your home with another professional.

Learn About My Warranty:

  • Every system comes with a 1 year labor warranty.
  • Every system comes with a 5 year parts warranty.
  • This warranty is through the manufacturer. This means that regardless of who works on your system, as long as they have access to Bryant parts you should not pay for parts in your system.

** This does not include linesets or refrigerant.

Taking Care of Your System:

  • Change your filter every month: We recommend a MERV rating of 11 or less for best airflow.
  • After your first 3 years we recommend a yearly tune up
  • When changing out your thermostat be sure to turn off the power, this way you won’t blow a fuse.
  • Learn about your warranty and how to extend it.
